Terms of Service

1. What this site is

bidonly.lol ("the Service") is a paid-ranking directory. Users submit a link to a creator profile hosted elsewhere and pay to increase that listing's position on a public leaderboard. We host links and display names only. We do not host, mirror, embed, or distribute any content from linked destinations, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any platform that submitted links point to.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service, submit a listing, or place a bid.

3. Your submission

By submitting a listing you represent and warrant that: (a) you own the linked profile or are expressly authorized to promote it; (b) every person depicted in or associated with the linked profile is a verified adult; (c) the link does not point to unlawful content, malware, deceptive pages, or content involving minors in any form; and (d) your display name does not impersonate another person or infringe anyone's rights.

4. Moderation and removal

All listings are reviewed before appearing publicly. We may reject, remove, or de-rank any listing at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. This includes listings that have already received bids.

5. Bids and payments

Bids are denominated in USD and processed by a third-party payment provider on provider-hosted checkout pages; we never receive or store your payment credentials. All bids are final and non-refundable, including bids on listings that are later outbid, removed, or rejected. A bid buys a contribution to a listing's ranking total — nothing else. It is not an investment, a purchase of goods or services from the listed creator, and confers no rights of any kind.

6. No guarantees

Rankings change whenever anyone bids. We do not guarantee any listing's position, visibility, traffic, or any outcome whatsoever. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to link to unlawful content; content involving minors; non-consensual content; malware or phishing pages; or to submit listings for profiles you are not authorized to promote. We report content involving minors to the relevant authorities.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not responsible for the content, conduct, or policies of any linked destination.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms.

10. Contact

Removal requests (including by profile owners who did not authorize a listing): contact the site operator at the email address published on the site's domain registration, with your claim token if you have one.
